The condo has undergone a complete renovation in April 2023, with fresh paint and new flooring throughout. The living area features a brand new couch and sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, providing comfortable seating and extra sleeping space. Enjoy entertainment on the upgraded 58-inch smart flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The full bathroom has been updated with modern touches, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.

This spacious studio offers plenty of room and comfort for your vacation needs. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the Gulf, and the balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. After a day of beach activities, unwind in the cozy seating area and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

As part of the Shores of Panama resort, you'll have access to a range of luxury amenities. The resort features a stunning 18,000-square-foot pool with a zero-entry feature, creating a lagoon-style pool experience. There is also a kids' play area and a Jacuzzi. Rental Rules & Info

•  Must be 21 years or older to book
• Resort Rules: No pets allowed, with the exception of owners.
• This unit comes with (1) parking pass only & 4 wristbands, extra parking passes cannot be purchased from shoreline rentals. Additional vehicles will need to park off property or purchase an additional pass from the Shores of Panama (if acceptable). 

Don't forget to bring
While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Cancellation: While the accommodation has a strict no-refund policy, travelers are offered the choice of two travel insurance options during and after the checkout process. The first option, Standard Travel Protection, is priced at 7% of the trip cost. It can be purchased at the time of the initial booking, at any point 30 days or more before the check-in date, or within +5 days of booking when less than 30 days remain until check-in. The second option, Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection, is available at 10.8% of the trip cost. It can be secured at the time of the initial booking or within 14 days of the initial booking.
