Home Security & Privacy

• Ensure security systems are operational

• Confirm all windows and doors are closed and locked

• Confirm all curtains and blinds are closed (per owner’s request)

Water Damage Protection

• Flush all toilets and run water in sinks

• Inspect for visible signs of water leaks around doors, windows, walls and ceilings

• Inspect for visible signs of leaks in bathroom plumbing and hot water heater

• Inspect for visible signs of leaks in kitchen and utility room plumbing

• Inspect for obvious signs of mold or mildew build-up

HVAC Management

• Ensure air conditioning is cooling properly

• Keep thermostats set to optimal temperatures (per owner’s request)

• Replace HVAC filters and light bulbs as needed (cost covered by me)

• Run required liquids down lines to prevent clogs & build-up

General Maintenance

• Inspect for appearance of insects or rodents

• Ensure refrigerator and freezer are cooling properly

• Collect leaflets, newspapers or junk mail

• All other general maintenance repairs are quoted and billed on a per-project basis and discussed & approved by owner. 

Storm Preparation

• Confirm all interior doors, windows, shutters, furniture and coverings are secure or in place before a major storm (excluding removable storm panels)

• Make special inspections following a major storm

Delivery Assistance

• Meet delivery and service companies to allow access to the house

• Put together desired furniture 

Home Project Management

• Liaison between contractor and homeowner and project coordination

• Home Project Management is quoted and billed on a per-project basis and discussed & approved by owner.
