Discover a piece of paradise in this beautiful 1-bedroom condo with twin bunks in the hallway and 2 full bathrooms, located on the 16th floor of Seychelles Beach Resort. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this stunning retreat boasts direct views of Panama City Beach’s pristine white sands and mesmerizing emerald waters. Watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

With beach access just steps away, you can bask in the sun, swim in one of the two pools (one heated), or unwind in the hot tub. The resort is conveniently located next door to the family-friendly Schooners Beach Bar and Grill, just a 7-minute drive to downtown PCB and 10 minutes to the iconic Pier. The open floor plan offers panoramic views of the award-winning sugar-white sand beaches and crystal-clear emerald waters.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private full bath. The hallway alcove houses two comfortable twin bunks, while a second full bath ensures ample space for all guests. The spacious living room comes with a flat-screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for 2 additional guests. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the tropical breeze and soothing sounds of the sea.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and is stocked with all the essentials for preparing a gourmet meal. After a trip to the local grocer or marina for fresh seafood, you’ll be ready to cook up something special. In addition to the breakfast bar, the separate dining area provides plenty of seating for meals. A stacked washer-and-dryer unit adds convenience, allowing you to pack light.

Rental Rules & Information:

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
• Only 1 parking pass & 6 armbands are provided per unit. Additional parking is available in a public lot nearby.
• We cannot accommodate bookings for 6 grown adults; 5 may be tight.
• College spring breakers are not accepted.
• Pets are not allowed, except for owners as per HOA rules.

Don't forget to bring
While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Cancellation: While the accommodation has a strict no-refund policy, travelers are offered the choice of two travel insurance options during and after the checkout process. The first option, Standard Travel Protection, is priced at 7% of the trip cost. It can be purchased at the time of the initial booking, at any point 30 days or more before the check-in date, or within +5 days of booking when less than 30 days remain until check-in. The second option, Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection, is available at 10.8% of the trip cost. It can be secured at the time of the initial booking or within 14 days of the initial booking.
