With a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin trundle in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bathroom offers a touch of luxury with a soothing jetted tub. Convenience is key with a washer and dryer right in the unit.

Step onto your private balcony and revel in breathtaking views of the pool and the pristine beach. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine, this space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

The heart of this oasis is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need for culinary adventures. Prepare delicious meals and snacks to enjoy in the comfort of your beachfront abode.
Sunrise Beach Resort offers a wealth of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Enjoy two tropical pools, one of which is seasonally heated, along with two heated spas, a splash pad, and a delightful fountain. You can grab snacks and beach essentials at "The Soggy Dollar," the resort's snack bar and shop. Maintain your fitness routine at the gulf-front exercise room located on the 5th level. Covered parking underneath the building is a rare and convenient perk. After a sun-soaked day, indulge in delicious dining at one of the multiple restaurants within walking distance. Options include Sharky's, Moe's Original BBQ, Hang Ten, Señor Frogs, Runaway Island, and Barefoot Hideaway. For even more choices and entertainment, venture just 1 mile to Pier Park.

Rental Rules & Information

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
• Complimentary Beach Chairs service (2 chairs and an umbrella in season March 15, 2024 - October 31, 2024)
• Pets are not allowed, except for owners as per Sunrise HOA rules.
• Parking registration is required online through the resort's portal, with a one-time $40 fee per registered vehicle. Each unit has a limit of 2 parking spaces.
• The maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6' 8'. Oversized vehicles, scooters, rentable mini vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Don't Forget to Bring

• While Shoreline provides an initial supply of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your first 24 hours, it's advisable to bring or purchase additional items as needed. Consider packing paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else that will ensure your perfect vacation.

Cancellation: While the accommodation has a strict no-refund policy, travelers are offered the choice of two travel insurance options during and after the checkout process. The first option, Standard Travel Protection, is priced at 7% of the trip cost. It can be purchased at the time of the initial booking, at any point 30 days or more before the check-in date, or within +5 days of booking when less than 30 days remain until check-in. The second option, Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection, is available at 10.8% of the trip cost. It can be secured at the time of the initial booking or within 14 days of the initial booking.
