During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable occupancy ratio is one (1) person age 25 or older for every two (2) occupants under the age of 25 but over 18. During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO.
