As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a professionally decorated living space that exudes comfort and style. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the screened porch, known as the "Florida room."

The home features 4 large bedrooms, including 2 King Master Suites for added privacy and comfort. The third bedroom offers a King bed with direct access to a hall bathroom, while the fourth bedroom has queen over queen bunk bed, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 4 kids. The loft serves as a game room with a TV and a daybed with a trundle, accommodating 2 extra guests. Additionally, there are 2 Queen sleeper sofas with comfortable mattresses in the living room.

The highlight of 'Family Tides' is the oversized heated saltwater pool, measuring 14 x 20 feet, perfect for swimming and lounging in the sun. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find an 8 x 8 foot jacuzzi, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. The fenced yard ensures privacy, and a convenient backyard "beach shower" allows you to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

The home is located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, while still being just minutes away from the vibrant Pier Park. A dedicated public beach access is only a short 3 to 4-minute walk away, allowing easy access to the beautiful beaches.

Additional amenities include a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Rentals Rules & Info

• Must be 28 years or older to book this home
• No pets allowed
• Pool heat is an additional $50 per night, plus applicable taxes. The pool can only be heated for stays 3 or more nights.

Don't forget to bring
While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Cancellation: While the accommodation has a strict no-refund policy, travelers are offered the choice of two travel insurance options during and after the checkout process. The first option, Standard Travel Protection, is priced at 7% of the trip cost. It can be purchased at the time of the initial booking, at any point 30 days or more before the check-in date, or within +5 days of booking when less than 30 days remain until check-in. The second option, Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection, is available at 10.8% of the trip cost. It can be secured at the time of the initial booking or within 14 days of the initial booking.
